about

In 1998, Musicus Phÿcus released a limited-edition cassette bootleg of an LP called “The Rosary”, which consisted of a group of people reciting the Rosary in a monotone voice. Musicus Phÿcus then invited artists to do a “remix” of the album, parodying the remix craze that had already been going on for too long.

BruSex and 33 Second Delay (Ren Squires of Sheavy) contributed not just a single remix, but an entire album of remixes.

Phÿcus' success was minimal, but their output was prodigious. Now in 2020, Phÿcus is back with a new release, "CrowleyWood". ... more
